Let’s stay connected

Questions are welcome. Here are some questions women often ask.

A woman in an orange dress stands on a porch with potted plants, holding a cup, surrounded by hills and greenery.

I know that joining something new can stir up as many questions as hopes. Maybe you’re curious, maybe you’re hesitant, maybe you’re holding both at once. That’s normal. Here are some of the things women often wonder about The Table — perhaps the very things you’ve been quietly asking yourself too.

What you’ll receive

  • Each seat offers its own gentle rhythm. Depending on the one that fits your season, you’ll have access to weekly live gatherings (with replays), monthly Soul Circles, quarterly Book Nights, and our Resource Library filled with reflections and journaling prompts. If you choose The Hearth of Becoming, you’ll also find deeper engagement—like smaller check-ins and the option for private sessions with me at a gentler rate.

  • Not necessarily. It’s lovely if you read along, but not required. You’re welcome to come, listen, and join the conversation even if the book is still sitting unopened on your nightstand.

  • Here you don’t have to wear a mask or bring the “together” version of yourself. No right outfit, no right answers required. We aren’t here for quick fixes or pat solutions. We’re here for real midlife—laughter, tears, confusion, and hope—and to remind each other that even in the unraveling, beauty and God’s presence can still be found. Some days you may lean in close, other days you may sit quietly and rest. Both ways belong. And always, there’s a chair with your name on it.

How it works

  • Not at all, although we would love to be together! Everything is recorded and placed in the Resource Library, usually within 24 hours. You can join us live when it works for you, or watch later with a cup of tea in your own time. Either way, you won’t miss out.

  • Weekly Gatherings are about an hour, Soul Circles run a little longer, and Book Nights happen once a season. You can engage more deeply with resources if you want, but the heart of this space is not to overwhelm you—it’s to give you breathing room.

  • You can’t fall behind. This isn’t a class to pass or a program to complete. The Table is a rhythm you can step into at your own pace. Some weeks you may join everything live, other weeks you may only peek at a recording or a prompt. However you show up, it counts.

  • You are welcome here just as you are. Some women come mostly to listen and receive, others speak often. Both are good, both are enough. There is no pressure to share before you’re ready.

  • Listening counts. You are welcome to sit quietly, receive, and rest. Many women come to listen more than they speak, and that presence is just as valuable.

  • Yes. Everything happens inside a simple, private platform called Circle. It’s far easier than social media, and I’ll walk you through step by step so you know where to click for classes, circles, and resources. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Belonging & safety

  • Yes. Especially for you. The Table is not about arriving polished or perfect. It’s about showing up honest—tired, hopeful, curious, or unsure—and being reminded you don’t have to carry midlife on your own.

  • You’ll meet women like you—thoughtful, kind, carrying both joy and weariness in these middle years. Some are navigating empty nests, others are caring for aging parents, many are longing for belonging in the in-between. None of us are polished. All of us are real.

  • Yes. Absolutely yes. The Table is for women in midlife who are carrying questions, doubts, and hope all at once. You don’t have to have it figured out to sit here. Your honest wondering is welcome.

  • No. This is soul care, not selfishness. Tending your inner life is what makes you more present to the people you love and the work you carry. You don’t need to earn it first; you already deserve a chair at the Table.

Practical details

  • Yes. The Table is month-to-month, and you can step away whenever you need to. There’s also the option to join us for the full year—many women love the peace of knowing their place is kept, candles lit, for all twelve months. If you choose that path, you’ll receive two months as a gift.

  • I plan gatherings with several time zones in mind. But even if the timing doesn’t always work for you, everything is recorded and waiting for you to return to later.

  • All contributions are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD), no matter where you live. If you’re paying from Europe, the US, or elsewhere, your bank will simply convert it for you at the daily exchange rate. For reference, I list the contribution in euros as well, so you have a clear sense of what it looks like in your currency before you join.

Extra care

  • If you choose The Hearth, you’ll have access to private sessions with me at a gentler rate. You’ll find the booking details tucked right inside our community platform. These sessions are a quiet chair pulled closer to the fire—just you and me, listening together for what your soul most needs.
