welcome, friend

A safe place for your soul in the middle years, where your story matters.

Welcome to my corner of the internet — pull up a chair, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Transylvania-born, Vancouver-shaped, now-Spain—dwelling woman learning what it means to live well in midlife with a changing body, shifting family rhythms, and a husband who now works from home (send help and snacks). I’m an evangelist for ordinary beauty - think olive trees, books, chipped mugs and a table with room for you.

I know what it feels like when life shifts beneath your feet. The kids step into their own lives, your body surprises you with changes you didn’t plan for, your marriage takes on new rhythms, and one day you wake up wondering, how did everything change so fast?

I’ve been there too. And because I couldn’t find the kind of honest community my soul was aching for, I began to create it.

This is that place. A quiet corner with four gentle spaces—not for fixing or performing, but for breathing, noticing, and finding your seat at a table where you already belong.

Four Spaces, One Table

These are the places I hold for women in the middle of things — quiet, honest spaces where your story belongs.

The Table

At The Table, we move at a gentler pace. Life on the Spanish coast has taught me the beauty of slow afternoons and conversations that linger like sunlight.

This isn’t a program to finish—it’s a pause. A place to breathe, to remember that your ordinary life can still be holy ground.

And when you sit here, you won’t sit alone. You’ll find women in the middle of things, just like you—listening, resting, becoming.

Belonging without performance

A place where you don’t have to clean up your story before you share it.

A safe space

To bring your questions about life, vocation, and faith, alongside your grief, your laughter, and your ordinary Tuesdays.

Gentle guidance

Not lectures or formulas, but quiet offerings that help you notice, name, and tend to your soul in this season.

Companionship for the
in-between

Honest conversations, shared practices, and the steady relief of realizing you don’t have to walk this stretch alone.

The Table is quietly opening this winter. A few founder seats remain.

Pull up a chair. There’s space for you.

Letters from the Middle

Want to begin gently? Each month I send Letters from the Middle—a quiet note with three questions for reflection (I’ll go first), along with a blessing, a few honest thoughts and the books keeping me company.

When you join, you’ll also receive the Midlife Story Journal—a simple guide to help you notice and name the threads of your own life in this season.

Sometimes midlife feels like arriving at an unmarked crossroads

Before you rush toward answers, it can help to pause and ask a few gentle questions. No questions to solve, but questions to sit with - like holding seashells in your hand, listening for the quiet echo inside:

  • What in my life is bringing me light or life right now?

  • Where do I feel thin, weary, or stretched beyond my limits?

  • What’s one longing I keep pushing aside?

  • Who or what helps me remember the truest version of myself?

  • What season am I actually in, and what would it look like to honour that?
