Think less hustle and more siesta, less program and more lingering meal.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about being together — telling the truth about midlife, naming what’s shifting, and remembering we don’t have to carry it alone. Here, you’ll find sanctuary, guidance, shared life, and inspiration through:
Weekly practices that keep you grounded.
A circle of women who understand this stage of life.
Space for soulful conversations that go beyond small talk.
What actually happens when you sit down at The Table
The Table isn’t about striving or fixing yourself. It’s about belonging. A place to sit down in the middle years and remember you don’t have to carry life alone.
Here, we practice noticing the beauty hidden in ordinary days—the kind of beauty that tends to the soul, even in seasons of change. We tell the truth about what’s shifting, in spaces that are safe and honest, where nothing has to be polished before it’s spoken.
And slowly, gently, we lean into becoming—trusting that hope still has room here, and that growth doesn’t have to be rushed.
At The Table you’ll find:
Weekly Gatherings and Practices — simple rhythms to ground you in God’s presence and your own life.
Monthly Soul Circle — a safe gathering of women in the middle years, where stories and questions are welcome.
Quarterly Book Night — shared laughter and wisdom around the pages that shape us.
A Growing Library of Resources — reflections and replays to return to whenever you need them.
The Table isn’t a self-help program to complete. It’s a rhythm of belonging, beauty, honesty, and gentle becoming—a place where you can finally exhale and know: there’s a seat for you here.
Companionship at The Table
Pull up a chair that fits your season.
Whether you’re just arriving, longing for steady rhythms of community, or ready for deeper companionship—there’s room for you at The Table.
Inside The Table, you’ll find three layers of belonging …
Each offering its own rhythm of gathering and growth.
Your presence keeps the candles burning and the chairs open for others. However you come, every seat matters. Choose the rhythm that fits your season. Regardless of which rhythm you choose, you belong here.
The
Arrival Seat
A quiet beginning place. Here, you take a breath before you begin again.
You’ll find our weekly gatherings—gentle spaces to pause, listen, and remember you’re not alone—as well as Soul Circles, where we share stories and stillness in equal measure.
This tier is for the woman who’s learning to exhale again—to come home to herself after seasons of hurry and holding it all together.
Here, grace feels like rest. Belonging begins with breath.
Where belonging becomes real.
This is the heart of The Table—where friendship becomes formation and belonging is practiced in real time. Inside, you’ll find Book Nights, The Common Practice with written and audio reflections, and gentle spiritual rhythms that help you live what you’re learning.
You’ll also discover The Library Room, a growing shelf of shared wisdom blending readings, stories, and practices, and The Listening Room, a quiet archive of past gatherings.
Here, we remember what it means to be human together—lingering, listening, and learning to love well.
The
Gathering Place
The
Hearth of Becoming
Where the journey deepens, and the table becomes holy ground.
This is the most intimate circle of our gathering—a slower, more intentional way of walking together. It’s for those who long to be companioned more deeply, to live with gentler rhythms of grace, and to open themselves to spiritual formation and transformation that unfolds in communion with others and with God.
Here, we meet for Companion Chats, Seasonal Practice Guides, and quiet retreat spaces that hold room for reflection and renewal. Around The Fireside, we share stories and honest questions; at The Well, we pause for soul care, guided journaling, and deep listening for the season we’re in.
At the Hearth, life slows, love deepens, and the ordinary becomes sacred.
Soon, The Table will gather in person here in Spain. I can already imagine it: long meals beneath olive trees, slow mornings with coffee and journals, evenings wrapped in honey-warm light. A retreat, not for productivity or programs, but for rest, belonging, and becoming. It’s still a dream in the making, but if your heart stirs at the thought, you’ll want to be on the list for the Letters from the Middle — that’s where I’ll share more, when the time comes.
