The Table Podcast

A candle-length pause for your soul. Short reflections on rest, story and belonging for women in the middle seasons of life.

There are moments when words become a kind of shelter — a pause in the noise, a place to breathe again.

This podcast is coming soon — short, candle-length reflections to help you slow down, listen inward, and remember you’re not alone.

This is what we do here — we pause.

Rooted in the slow rhythms of the Spanish coast, The Table Podcast is the audio practice of a spiritual formation studio — short, candle-length pauses that help women in the middle seasons of life remember their stories with God and find belonging again.

Recorded by candlelight in my home studio by the sea, each reflection invites you to breathe, listen, and linger in the sacred ordinary. These aren’t just quiet moments of comfort — they’re gentle practices of spiritual formation through belonging and presence, shaping the soul for a truer, slower way of being in the world.

For those in between homes, roles, or certainties, this is a place to breathe again — to discover that God still meets us in the middle of our days. After moving from Romania to Canada to Spain, I’ve learned that formation happens not in arrival, but in the in-between — and that’s where I’ll meet you.

Each episode opens with a small ritual, a “lighting of the candle,” and ends with a benediction that has become the podcast’s heartbeat:

Each episode will be 8–10 minutes — long enough to light a candle, short enough to fit inside a busy day. It’s an audio extension of The Table and Letters from the Middle — a practice of presence, story, and belonging in sound.

May the quiet find you before the morning light does.

May your breath remind you that becoming is slower than you think, and holier too.

In your waiting and your wondering, may you remember that God is already here — holding, shaping, forming you in love.

Go gently.
The table is wide, and there’s a seat for you here.
